"Shawn" was caught by CPP New York November 19th 2024, after talking sexual and sending MULTIPLE explicit videos of himself to whom he believed to be a 13 year old child, and then arranging to meet her and her 13 year old friend at Highland Park in Rochester NY. Shawn fled the scene (by diving down the steepest part of the Highland Bowl hill) before Police could interview him. "Shawn" works for URMC and has a daughter of his own. We have reason to believe that Shawn might not be his real name. And it is clear that his pictures have been heavily edited with filters. This catch took place in Catawissa, Pennsylvania. A 4 hour drive but so worth it! 47-year-old Brian Laylon, a volunteer firefighter from Berwick, found himself enthralled by a supposed 13-year-old girl and her 8-year-old younger sister. This guy really is the worst of the worst. He encouraged the 8-year-old to “hold in her pee” for him and even bought diapers for her that were later confiscated by the authorities, along with 389 files of CSAM as young as infants. We want to say a special thanks the CPP WAP +1 for an amazing job decoying this catch (as always). Police showed up promptly and arrested Laylon for 23 felony counts with a bail set at $100,000. Though our interaction was brief, Kittens did an amazing job continuing the conversation while Cooley was talking with the officer.
