I’ve been mulling this over for a bit now and I’ve come to a decision. Knowing that the season can be so chaotic and difficult for many people, I want to be of help. In the month of December, I am gifting my students ONE mental health belly dance class with me. If you’re stressed about money or, struggling to get out and do something for yourself in this time of year I want to be your enthusiastic support and encouragement to give yourself time to dance and move your body. Even if you come in just to sit to the music or be around us , we are here for it. You deserve love and support! Message me and let me know which class you will attend. If you’ve paid for the full session already, I will gift you $15 off a class next session.

After these amazing two weeks in session I feel the need to say ; I love new students. I love regular students and every single student that shows up. It shows a certain bravery to trying something new, learning things together , laughing at confusion and honoring moments of frustration and forgiveness. Its truly and honor to be a part of and wonderful being a forever student. Thank you all for joining me in these moments and challenging yourselves, trying new things. Thank you from my entire being to honoring me in these adventures.

New session begins tomorrow! Come dance with me and some amazing friends for belly dance drills and thrills. Message me if you have any questions. Modifications will be made in classes and all bodies are welcome. $15 drop in or $105 for 8 week session 11/9-12/28. This is an all levels class and there is something for everyone. We work on developing styles and new pathways in our bodies as it relates to a variety of belly dance techniques. Join me!

This is the last week of this series on Saturday. Thrills and drills will continue in a new 8 week session Nov 9th with developing techniques and new patterns/ pathways. I’ve seen such amazing progress and have been honored to have those of you that have joined me in this adventure.

I’m open to requests or feedback. If you’re hesitant to try or have a concern I’m happy to chat. Classes are 18+ and will work to modify moves for all levels. Wear comfy clothes to move in and bare feet, socks or appropriate dance flats.
