The Court Overrules Decades of VA Delay for Unemployable Vets!
The U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) just issued a landmark ruling in Witkowski v. Collins that overturns 24 years of bad precedent!

Tuesday evening, join us for a special edition of Behind the Seal spotlighting our New York State Department of Veterans' Services, presented by the Office of African American Affairs under the leadership of Governor Kathy Hochul.

This session will provide an inside look at the vital programs and initiatives supporting all who served across New York State. DVS Commissioner Viviana M. DeCohen and members of our DVS team will take part, sharing insights into how the department continues to expand access, strengthen outreach, and deliver meaningful support to Veterans and their families.
