⭐️Just like sharks 🦈, we keep moving forward⭐️
Happy Sunday Friends!!!
⭐️Just a little reminder that small steps make for big wins ⭐️
The simple idea of needing to concentrate, just the thought of concentration takes away from the act of concentration alone.
Our minds have a way of arguing with itself. Do I have time to do this? Can I do two things at once? Will I understand? Am I going to make it? Will I stay sober? Can I?
It may seem so unattainable or simply far away, allowing us to believe that we have already failed such goals.
What we gain from these perceptions of time? False illusion, lack of completion, inevitable distraction.
False belief of self. This is a hard re-wiring system of the brain that leads us to procrastination and disappointment from lack of completion.
When we must DO.
To refrain from questioning of the mind in areas that are simply not in its control.
Time
Our actions, completion of tasks, and established routine are only made true when action is alive; active.
Concentration as a verb comes from the feeling of desire and from such desire; devotion.
Just do!! Whenever you can, just do.
A self that has no worry of completion, is a self that holds no bounds to the past or the future; but the present moment.
A self that holds no ties to completion has no doubt of their ability to complete, understanding that this moment alone is worth being in; concentration in action.
This is not to take away from the planning of the future, but for release of the past, joy for the moment, acceptance and respect for the future.
The first step to recovery is admittance, allowing a sense of self-respect in the present moment. The only moment we can control.
Like a bird flying through the sky, leaving no trail to track them, and no determination of their future destination.
The present moment.
