🧠UPDATE on NachoManAndyAverage's brain "roommate" battle. We've had some good results and shrinkage of the roommate with our first few cycles of treatments. Now gearing up for some heavier impacts in the radio/Chemo combos set to begin in a couple weeks and carrying through the end of the year. Unfortunately this will still have us on pause until sometime after the new year begins, but he's fighting to get back out there with y'all asap. We thank everyone for their support and encouragement so far. It is all greatly appreciated and has helped keep the positivity high and the hopeful mindset he needs. Thanks to all who have reached out and helped in so many different ways. We thank and love y'all so very much. We are very grateful to be a part of such an amazing wee community. Be safe. Stay well. 🤘🔪🤘One upside (and curse) of this "TooMah Time" downtime is thinking of all the "ideas" and "plans" I've put off for so long. I was always waiting for "the right time". Well, there is no "right time" and this whole situation has me fully realizing how limited time may actually be. So, it's all "coming soon"... REAL soon. One thing I've been piecing together and planning for awhile now is a cook book based on the food and dishes that brought me to where I am in the FnChefn Journey. Everything from toasted Peanut Butter Halves and my mom's egg salad... all the way through the "secrets of the HolEy Diver Donuts / "Shut Up and Eat Your Beer" eras. I'll try to document the process of this chapter of chaos as we go along. Hoping to see the finished product by this time in 2025. It'll be just as chaotic and all over the place as I am, but will contain the full spirit and ideology behind FnChefn! Stay Hungry MFRs. We're gonna get even weirder🤘🤪🤘 approved 🤘

🔪The "Godfather of Rockford Food Trucks" could use a little help. Our very own "Disturbed Palate" , Andrew Carlson, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. His Treatments have begun and are going well. The current treatment plan schedule will likely keep him "out of the game" until early next year. He wanted to thank everyone who has reached out and offered assistance, prayers, good vibes, support, and encouragement. There's still a long road ahead, but his spirits are up and he's ready to fight for the best results. We'll keep updates as he goes along. Thanks to everyone who has already assisted and/or shared. It is greatly appreciated.

After being blessed to live just a few blocks from the Almighty The Olympic Tavern for a couple decades... my inner Beer Nerd was apprehensive about moving back to my wee small "Hometown" with the fam! 🤘🔪🤘Niiiiice! We may need to snag a couple of these from Paradude Nation at CastleChaos MultiCon next weekend, April 29-30th! Definitely planning on hitting up the Abreo Restaurant fleet of food trucks ( VeeDubs Mobile Cocktail Bar Disco Chicken Bad Humor Ice Cream ) as they dish out some for this sweet new ComicCon style event in Oregon IL... at a REAL castle!!! This should be interesting for sure.
