While it’s been such a joyful two years serving you here at Larema Beverage Co., we’re sad to inform you that we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close the business, with this Saturday 11/1 being our last day operating the taproom + kitchen here on campus at Rocky Mount Mills. Though we’ve worked incredibly hard to continually enhance our offerings and craft a multitude of delicious beverages, yummy foods & fun events, business has unfortunately been far too slow for us to continue operating. Thank you all so very much for the love you’ve shown us these two years! It has truly been a privilege to serve you and hold space for countless special moments & memories. Aside from coming out to the BevCo today through Saturday, we have *two* humble requests…

☕️ 🎈 Being a staple in a community means more than just being a place people frequent—it means being a gathering space where relationships are built, creativity is nurtured, and people feel connected.

For the past five years, Larema Coffee House has done exactly that in Rocky Mount. Last night’s 5-year anniversary party was a perfect example of how much love the community has for leaders like , who’ve made Larema a welcoming hub for creativity and connection.

With live music, local vendors, beer and wine, and plenty of good conversation, it was a celebration of connection and the impact one small business can have on an entire community. 🎉

Date Night Part 2 at the Rocky Mount Event Center: New Orleans Edition 🎷✨

Our VIP experience featured a delicious buffet by Chef Malik(), offering New Orleans favorites like red beans & rice, crawfish dip, fried catfish, étouffée, and beignets, paired with a glass of champagne or wine 🍽️🥂.

The evening opened with local band Niito, who added a jazzy twist to classic songs. The headliners, Brass-A-Holics(Brass-A-Holics), brought the energy with a unique blend of Go-Go—paying homage to their DC influence—plus jazz and New Orleans bounce. The dance floor stayed packed with everyone two-stepping and celebrating.

Kudos to the Rocky Mount Event Center team for another great event in downtown!
