“Most Parents Get This Wrong”
Most parents think performance problems are physical.
But more often… they’re mental.
After 20+ years working with youth and coaching sports, I’ve seen it repeatedly:
• The athlete who has skill but lacks confidence
• The strong player who can’t handle pressure
• The talented kid who shuts down after mistakes
Mental training isn’t automatic.
It must be taught — just like mechanics.
That’s why I wrote Sports Psychology for Parents.
Because parents are the most consistent influence in a child’s life.
When you strengthen the mind, performance follows.
