I’m so upset.

Ever since I saw someone post about banana pudding it’s been on my mind non stop.

I googled an easy recipe (but apparently not fool proof) and made a list. I finally made it to the grocery store today to get everything I needed.

I spent a solid minute staring at the different pudding mixes to make sure I got the right one.

Came home after work and starting mixing it up. Recipe said let the pudding mix sit in the fridge for 5 minutes or until it’s set.

5 mins goes by, not ready yet. 10 mins goes by, weird, still not ready. 15 mins goes by, STILL NOT SET.

finally I dig that stupid pudding mix box out of the trash. What do I see??? COOK AND SERVE. yes, I spent extra time staring at these boxes to still get the wrong one.

I was already in too deep. I tried to fix it and failed. So I just threw it together like you would if it was set pudding and I’m sticking it in the fridge overnight and praying for a miracle.

Thought maybe a couple hours would be enough, spoiler alert. It wasn’t.

So here I am, with liquid banana pudding and a unsatisfied sweet tooth. I guess I’ll just stick to cookies.

My daughter has developed this new hilarious habit of folding in half when she’s around strangers. Especially in the grocery store.

This day specially I had to wake her up from a nap to go shopping and she has leaned over for so long and was so still I thought she fell asleep 😅.

I genuinely think she thinks that if she can’t see them, they can’t see her.

And I’m fine with it. The longer she’s scared of strangers, the less I’ll have to worry about.

Yes, grandma bought a bunch of new toys, but not for the reason you would think.

Not to spoil her. Not to buy her love. Not to keep her entertained so we don’t have to play.

But because grandma was bored and tired of playing with the toys we had. She really bought them for herself so she would have more excitement out of playtime. 😅

Which is most of her free time because as soon as Sadie sees grandma she bolts into her room and gives her about 3 seconds to follow or she has a tantrum.

I’m REALLY excited about the Melissa and Dough cleaning set. Put that baby to work. 🤣 unfortunately she’s terrified of the vacuum. Hopefully she’ll come around.
