It’s been quite a journey for House of Gloor- from the humble beginnings of securing a loan and financing, through the challenges of finding a location, to moving locations, and weathering the rising costs that have affected everyone in the food world. There were times it wasn’t easy (and very cold) but through it all, one thing has never changed: the amazing customers always showing up to support HOG because you believe in HOG and genuinely love the food!

I am so thankful for being part of the story since the “once upon a time” stages. I love seeing so many people cheering us on through every chapter, and for allowing us to do what we love.

Here’s to new badass beginnings at Grand 7 Saloon, unapologetic shared memories, and many more meals together. 🍻
