As part of the approved 2026-2027 budget, Ramsey County made the difficult decision to close Ramsey County Library-Shoreview on Fridays, and will be increasing rental book fees from 25 cents to 50 cents per day starting January 1, 2026.

The Roseville city council approved the 2026 city budget and property tax levy at the Dec. 8 meeting. The council also instituted electric and gas utility franchise fees for all properties in the city.

Please move vehicles off the street to allow for efficient plowing! ❄️🚗🌨️

On-street parking is prohibited by city code after 2 inches or more of continuous snowfall. The parking ban lasts until streets have been plowed curb-to-curb.

🗑️ If Wednesday is your garbage pickup day, please be sure to set your carts three feet behind the curb. The weight of the snow pushed by the plows can topple carts that are too close to the street.
