I just listened to a content creator talk about being intentional with your spouse or partner’s growth. When you love and choose to be with someone, it naturally becomes part of your responsibility to support their growth in the field or career they chose long before you came into their life. If that path no longer works, then you help them build something new, because growth is continuous and deeply important.

This matters even more for couples with children. Life is unpredictable, and if anything ever happens, that person who will be responsible for caring for your family and legacy. That’s why growing your partner alongside your children is essential. No career should disappear simply because marriage or parenthood entered the picture.

Always remember, you are a person first, with dreams, purpose, and potential, before becoming someone’s spouse or parent.

It’s a cold morning and nothing hits better than a warm, local dish from my tribe. Making epuru always feels grounding, from peeling the yam and plantain to watching everything come together in one pot. Simple ingredients, rich flavor, and the kind of meal that brings comfort and warmth with every bite 🇳🇬🤍

That first crunch says everything 😭😂
Nothing beats Nigerian snack. The sound, the taste, the memories. Once you hear that crunch, you already understand.

How my tripod goes to bed after a full day of filming content… tired, not folded, and done 😴📸
Versus how it wakes up the next morning, refreshed, and ready to work again 😂

If you know, you know 😌
From the food we cook to the way we layer for winter, being Nigerian in Canada is a whole lifestyle. We adapt, we hustle, and we still keep our culture loud and proud 🇳🇬🇨🇦

Watching them laugh together fills my heart in ways words can’t explain. Their bond, their joy, the pure love they share is so beautiful to witness. Seeing them be cute, carefree, and connected leaves me feeling deeply grateful, fulfilled, and at peace
