I can always do more. The next level is waiting for me. Everything that I had the courage to pursue and go all in on thus far, I have gotten.

Sometimes we stay in environments too long that we are not being valued in. That's what causes depression, anxiety, and disappointments because you had to shrink your gifts and what you bring to table to a size that they can stand.

You have to have the confidence and belief that you belong. No matter what you do and where you go in this life.

That's why I created The Adventures of Cecil. It's a
world where I can create, be myself, permissions and validations are not needed. It's a place of peace and I am free to do what I want to do.

Learning how to improve my rowing techniques. I have some experience but you can never learn too much. Always working towards getting better. I'm getting ready for some competitions. 💪🏾

I have systems in place for my life. Everything that I surround myself with, has to flow. It has to produce. I try to keep liabilities to a minimum, in order to move the way that I do. Sometimes that means moving some things around.

Time is your best friend and your greatest asset. Distribute it accordingly.
