Tony was also a Virginia native and fellow Virginia Tech graduate whose band Earth to Andy toured with huge national acts in the 90s.
He eventually ended up in Nashville and then on the road as a touring guitarist with Train. He kept on writing and collaborating with others on tons of great projects.
So talented, Tony was taken away from us way too soon, but I am honored to have known him and to have been a part of this record.
Here's the culprit from my malfunctioning #cassette deck (#tascam122mkiii) - now back in working order. Plastic gears! It was only cracked at the time of removal, but quickly got worse.
I still get requests to save old audio by transferring cassettes to digital. Occasionally clients want to go the other way and actually create an old school #mixtape!
Enjoying the addition of this elysia #nvelope to my #audiomastering chain. It's proven to be super versatile and sounds great!

Excited to add a SPL #tubevitalizer 9530 to the studio. I have used these in previous studio lives and it’s been on my wish list for a while. Part EQ, part compressor, part magic - it has its own sound and is great in the right situation.
