My Lifewflo Year in Review!

2025 has been challenging, expansive, and of course edgy/chaotic 🫣.

Many of you have seen me go through highs and lows but I am so grateful to have had such a beautiful + safe space to share all my feelings on.

My page has been about seggs ed and therapy but the biggest highlight for me personally, is the connection I feel to yall.

You all, reading on your screens, messaging me, commenting, is what kept me active here in 2025. That’s what keeps me coming back today. That’s what makes the education part of this page worth it.

I’m so thankful for that. I’m thankful for you.

Regardless of the things that come from this page, i’m so happy to share space with yall & hold conversations that we otherwise wouldn’t be having.
