I hit a point in my life where I felt drained. My body was tired. My mind was louder than ever. I kept asking myself how long I could hold on. Each day felt heavy, and I wondered if anyone else felt this way.

One afternoon, something shifted. I realized I did not need extra strength. I needed one more step. One small move forward. So I dragged myself up, even though I felt empty. I kept showing up for my goals, even when my energy ran low. And slowly, those tiny steps built my confidence again.

I learned that real progress grows on the days when you feel like you have nothing left, but you move anyway. That is where grit is born. That is where your future starts to change.
