While watching The Sandman on Netflix, Nada told Morpheus, 'To dwell on the past is a hell of its own.' Those words struck a deep chord with me. I've been living in my own kind of hell, consumed by the process of learning about my past lives and my purpose in this lifetime. The thought that I was put here just to suffer and be tortured by humanity is soul-crushing. How am I supposed to be a force for change when I can't even become the person I'm expected to be? It's a truly painful irony.
