While we don't recommend you to talk to police like this, it is refreshing to see 'we the people' take back a little power and control in these types of situations. Sometimes you are just not willing to take any more s**t from tyrants. I think this wounded warrior veteran is well past his threshold!

When a board campus cop had nothing better to do than harass skateboarders who were intentionally walking through the campus, he then called the police to arrest them. Two problems. The campus cop was lying and the with his skateboard who was filming knew his rights!

There are so many PROBLEMS with this video. That first cop should never have asked for his social security number. That has never been a legitimate form of identification in the field. Second, if a public road is a public easement it can't be private property by definition. The clueless SGT who shows up at the end should have known this but instead took orders from the Coast Guard. Last, they should have never been at or near his car to harass him or claim his property was abandoned. That was simply a show of force, a threat and not within the law. If you don't exercise your rights you will lose them. This video is a perfect example!

The man behind the camera has had his fair share of run ins with police, he even won a lawsuit recently when a department violated his rights. That is why he is so expressive around them. Luckily in this instance he was a hero who saved an innocent woman harassment and a costly ticket!

Why is it police don't know the difference between public and private property? How is it that a guy with a camera and internet access knows the laws better that people paid to uphold the law? This man child cop comes out the gate swinging. Luckily the auditor shut him down and didn't allow him to embarass himself for too long before teaching him the law.
