Pro Tip (Sharing is caring): Vendor time isn’t like civilian time. December 2025 has only three Saturdays before Christmas, and they’ll be gone before you know it. Book your venue early, then lock in your DJ and photo booth while prime dates are still available.

Pro Tip+: If your vendors were a hit, rebook them a year in advance instead of starting from scratch every season.
