Comment TEST for the product link!
Getting older has made me a lot more curious about my body and how it changes over time. Things I never gave a second thought to when I was younger—food, vitamins, gut health, nutrition—are things I pay a whole lot more attention to now. So when I saw this at-home food sensitivity, vitamin and gut health test, I decided I wanted to try it for myself. This Advanced Food Intolerance Labs test uses a simple hair sample that you collect at home and mail in for analysis. And one question I keep seeing about hair sample tests: No, according to the kit instructions, you do NOT need the hair root. 🙌 The kit is marketed as screening 1,000+ items across categories including food and drink sensitivities, vitamins, minerals, gut health, digestive enzymes, fatty acids, and more. I'm still waiting for my results, so I can't tell you what mine say yet—but you KNOW I'll be coming back to share my experience when they arrive. 😂 I'm not looking at an at-home wellness test as a diagnosis or replacement for my doctor. I'm simply curious to see what information my report gives me and whether there's anything interesting I might want to learn more about. If you're also at that age where you've started paying more attention to your nutrition, the foods you eat, and your overall wellness, I'll take you along for the whole process—from collecting the hair sample to opening my results. Now I'm curious: what's the ONE thing you'd be most interested to see on your report?
