A friend asked me something the other day that made me laugh.

He asked me:

“Does Google have one place that lists all these AI tools?”

Because honestly… It was a fair question. 😂

Google is growing its AI tools so fast that it's hard to keep up…

Google has Gemini, Notebook, Vids, AI inside Workspace, and more.

And if you’re trying to run a business, who has time to keep a mental spreadsheet of all of that?

That’s actually one of the reasons I do what I do.

I keep up with the tools so you don’t have to.

It can definitely get a little overwhelming sometimes on your own.

You don’t need to know every new AI product that comes out.

You just need to know which one is worth paying attention to when you need something.

I don’t think most beginners have a content problem.

I think they have a “what do I do next?” problem.

You can have a perfectly good idea and still waste way too much time if you haven’t figured out what that idea is supposed to become, where it’s going, or what you want it to do.

I’ve noticed that’s when content starts feeling harder than it really needs to be.

And honestly, adding another AI tool usually just gives you one more place to get distracted. 😅

What helps more is having a simple process you can follow every time, so you’re not reinventing the wheel whenever you sit down to create something.

One of the first things I think every beginner using AI should know is this.

A confident answer from AI is not always a correct answer.

That took me a little while to really trust, because AI can sound very sure of itself sometimes... 😅

So if the information you’re putting out matters to you, I would do a quick check before I use it.

I usually ask AI:

✅ Where did this information come from?

✅ Can I confirm it with a reliable source?

✅ Is it current, or could it be outdated?

You don't have to fact-check every little brainstorming idea.

But if you are using AI for something important, especially business, money, research, or anything you plan to publish, it is worth checking.

Save this for later and follow for more simple AI tips & help without all the complicated tech.

You really do not need 20 AI tools just to create content.

I know it’s tempting because every new tool seems to promise that it will make everything faster and easier.

I’ve tried enough of them to know that sometimes adding another tool just gives you one more thing to learn. 😅

If content is what you’re struggling with, having a simple process can be more helpful than constantly switching tools.

Something you can follow each time:

brainstorm the ideas

write the posts

create the graphics

schedule everything at once

If you’re brand new to AI, don’t start by trying to learn everything about AI.

I test these tools all the time, and even I can tell you there is way too much to keep up with. 😅

A much easier place to start is with one thing you already wish was easier.

Maybe it’s:

writing emails

creating social posts

brainstorming ideas when your mind goes blank

organizing all the ideas in your head

researching something without spending half the day on it

Pick one problem first, then figure out how AI can help with that.

You don’t need to understand every tool, model, feature, or update to start using AI in your business.

Before you buy another AI tool, check what the ones you already have can do first.

I know… every new tool makes it seem like it’s going to fix everything. 😅 I’ve been there.

But then you sign up, learn another dashboard, and realize you probably could have done the same thing with something you were already using.

That’s one of the biggest things I’ve learned from testing AI tools.

Before I pay for something now, I ask myself these questions first.

Can ChatGPT already do this?

Can Canva already do this?

Do I really need a new tool… or do I just need to use what I have a little better?

That’s really what I want MezMarketing to help you with.
