Can’t get enough of Fat Guy! 😹💛

Went back for the boat noodles, and this time, I tried the sweet pork! The pork was perfectly tender, lighter on the sweetness, and the pepper added a nice kick, while the fish sauce brought that extra umami. That heat from the peppaaa!! 🔥

So grateful Minneapolis has Fat Guy. No need to travel so far anymore!
