🌟🎉 After 7 years in business, a full year of applying our method on ourselves, and countless hours of reflection, revisions, and pressure-testing…

Dragonfly Visions is now NewAmethyst.

NewAmethyst is the BE SEEN Partner for founder-driven service organizations.

We work with founders and teams who have built a strong business - but need to grow beyond the founder's reputation and word-of-mouth alone.

If your business has excellent client relationships and a service unlike anyone else's, you deserve to BE SEEN for your unique value - not just by the people who experience you, but by everyone who encounters your brand.

Because your clients may know why they chose you. But could a stranger refer business to you?

That's the level of clarity we create for the founders and teams we serve. Getting to the root of their differentiated value.

And we don't stop with brand strategy and end-to-end marketing ex*****on.

We believe that being seen is a transformational human experience. When the leaders of your organization feel seen, and can articulate their WHY and how it relates to your MISSION, they not only become powerful brand ambassadors, they rise into a new level of aligned leadership.

When your entire team not only understands the unique value you offer, but can articulate it, and EMBODY it, that's an unstoppable feeling - a strength rooted in purpose that can outlast any trend or industry disruption.

Don't we all deserve to live and work this way?

We think like a CMO.
We execute like an agency.
We develop the people behind the brand.

We still provide the video marketing we are known for, but now through a wider lens. This next chapter is about clarity, story, visibility, and momentum.

It’s about helping founder-driven organizations BE SEEN for who they are and recognized as the obvious choice.

🌟🌟🌟

"The uniqueness of your brand already exists inside your business. Our work is to see it, and help the world see it too."

I’ve spent a lot of my life being the listener.

I'm always the person asking the questions, holding up the mirror, and helping someone else find the words, the clarity, the next right step.

And I love that role.

It feels natural to me to turn the focus back toward someone else. To help them feel a little more seen, grounded, and connected to who they are and where they’re going.

But over the past year, I’ve learned that being seen is something I have to be willing to receive too.

This season of rebuilding, rebranding, and reimagining the work has asked me to share more before I feel fully finished. To let people into the process while I’m still figuring things out. To stop waiting until everything is perfectly clear before I allow myself to be known in it.

And honestly, that has not come naturally.

But it has changed me.

That is a big part of what this next chapter has been teaching me.

More openness.
More clarity.
More courage to let people in.
More belief in the power of being truly seen.

And it's finally time to share it all with you. 5 days.

For the last year, we've been our own client. And let me tell you, I wanted to fire her constantly.

It's one thing to know the work. It's another to do it on yourself.

Sharpening your positioning is no joke. There is so much history to sort through. The clients who shaped the way you think. The conversations that changed how you understood the work. The projects that taught you what you're really good at. And when you're that close to your own business, all of those pieces feel important - and they are.

But they don't all belong in the first sentence.

That's where I see founders get stuck. They've done the internal work - building the company, earning the experience, living through the pressure and grit it took to become what they are. But then they have to take all that greatness and make it external. Turn their life's work and expertise into concise language that someone else can understand.

It's almost impossible to do for yourself.

I wasn't lacking clarity because I didn't know the business. I was lacking clarity because I knew it too well.

You can't read the label from inside the jar.

It took us twelve months to do this work for ourselves. For our clients, we build positioning strategies in three weeks - because we can see from the outside what is too close to home to be obvious.

Excited for the next chapter. 7 days until our announcement!

Clarity breeds momentum.

We crave it. And yet we ignore it to the point of dismissal - not because we don't know it's important, but because we're too stuck in action to stop and do the work to get there.

Building the team. Driving growth. Selling the services. Servicing the clients. For founders of service businesses, there is always something more urgent than getting clear on who you are and why it matters.

I know what that's like. I know what it is to be a founder who's overworked and can't think straight - who has to give her best thinking time to others and can't take the time to focus on herself.

But here's what I've learned - from my own experience and from watching it happen for every single one of our clients:

Business doesn't need to be about forcing outcomes or pushing growth.

Most of us are pushing the ball up the hill. Grinding. Willing it forward. What we don't realize is that clarity is what changes the angle. When you finally do the work - when others can run with your vision, refer business to you, come to you already understanding why the work matters - the ball starts rolling on its own. Things get easier. And that compounds over time.

Surrendering to who you are is the work.

It's hard to see ourselves clearly. We have too much on our plates, too much on our minds. It takes someone helping you see the forest through the trees - to understand how to position what you've built so that everything else can follow.

Today, if you have to choose between tactics and clarity, choose clarity.
It is so, so important.

Where can you create space for yourself to get clear today?

Your differentiated value can't be invented. It has to be excavated. But it's not just about finding the right words... the excavation happens in YOU.

Getting on camera does two things most people don't expect:

It sharpens your ability to communicate from a place of clarity. The camera acts like a mirror - it shows you where you are clear and where you are not - and, with the right coaching, you can use those moments to connect the dots for yourself, so that your value begins to emerge in a new way.

Instead of living in a document, your value comes to life in your voice.

It helps you embody the why. Beyond finding the words, showing up to communicate your value is all about presence. And presence can't be faked - it must be cultivated. When that happens, the person on the other side of the lens feels it too.

In the end, you get assets that communicate your value. But in the moment, you get a shift that can only be experienced to truly understand it.

Being witnessed and lifted up while communicating your value on camera doesn't just make better content.

It changes how you carry yourself in every room.

I'm grateful to be the one who gets to hold space and ask leaders the questions that make this alignment possible.

I did a "last 24-hour" post search on LinkedIn the other day, and hundreds of publications appeared with the phrase "cut through the noise" with no end in sight.

It's become one of the most repeated phrases in marketing. And somewhere along the way, like all things we repeat without consideration, it became meaningless.

Your content will be noise to some people, and that's okay. It just needs to be a signal to the right ones.

Here's what I know to be true:
You don't need to go viral. You don't need hundreds of thousands of followers to grow your business or do your life's work.

You just need your value to be unmistakable to the people you were built to serve.

Most business leaders are so focused on hacking the algorithm that we've stopped developing the thing that actually works - our voice.

The founders and teams I work with almost universally say they hate posting on LinkedIn, but force themselves to do it anyway. They resist being another contributor to the noise—and I don't blame them.

But when we reframe the work as making a contribution, and build a foundation where they can share on their own terms, something changes. The work becomes an effort to be of service. To connect with THEIR PEOPLE—not stand out in the crowd for visibility's sake.

Finding the voice of your organization will send the signal to your people that you are for them.

And when you show up consistently from that place—your perspective and beliefs, the things you genuinely care about—the right people will stop. They'll feel it. It won't matter that everyone else kept scrolling.

If you could choose between thousands of vanity metrics and hundreds of true connections—which would you choose?

Just get started.

With the rise of AI, anyone can write anything in a matter of seconds.

Which means content volume is no longer the differentiator - *perspective is*.

And perspective can't be generated. It has to be excavated from lived experience and genuine conviction.

Right now, it feels like we're living in a race. Everything is moving faster. The pressure to keep up is real. And the more the circumstances change, the more people are lost on what to say and how to say it. So they regurgitate what they hear, and that's what everyone is calling "noise."

But AI didn't invent change. Your tools were always going to evolve. Your industry was always going to evolve. Your business was always going to evolve.

What anchors you through all of it isn't your tactics. It's your foundation.

What do you believe? What do you know because you have lived it? What is the impact you're here to make?

Those answers don't live in any tool. They live in you.

And the work of finding them - not just drafting a version of them - is what separates the content that resonates from the content that misses the point.

When your foundation is crystal clear, you don't have to reinvent yourself every time the world shifts. You can adapt without becoming untethered.

What do you know - because you've lived it - that no one else can say?

There’s a moment after all the work when you finally stop tinkering and say, okay—it’s time.

For a year, I’ve overthought it, rewritten it, questioned it, loved it, doubted it, refined it, and come back to the truth of it more times than I can count.

But that’s the work.

You don’t get to clarity by skipping the pressure. You get there by staying with it until the story finally holds its shape. And now, after all of that, I’m so ready to share what’s next.

Let’s do this.
