I need some opinions on this one because Iā€™m genuinely curious what other sellers think.

Iā€™m not going to sit here and say there was a 0% chance this jacket had some animal hair on it. I sell used items, and I do try to clean everything up before I ship it out. Could I have missed a few hairs? Absolutely.

But a 1-star review saying it was ā€œcovered with animal hairā€ and ā€œpretty grossā€ feels a little extreme to me.

At the same time, they paid for the item and obviously expected it to arrive clean, so maybe Iā€™m wrong.

What do you guys think? Is a 1-star review valid here, or is this a little ridiculous for a used clothing item?
