Woodstock TC, formerly Woodstock UST, is a relatively new, annual concert organized by St. Thomas students. I attended its inaugural year in 2024.

The event’s relocation to the intimate confines of Plums Neighborhood Grill and Bar on May 2 marked a stark atmospheric shift from last year’s open-air setting.

As a person who doesn’t read or watch mysteries, the first thing I asked about “The Mousetrap” was, “is it scary?” Though I went into it with mouse-like timidity, I left the theater thoroughly entertained.

“The Mousetrap” plays at the Guthrie Theater through May 24.

St. Thomas football showed glimpses of promise during its intersquad spring game midday Saturday at O’Shaughnessy Stadium.

Promise is exactly what the team will need to not only fight for a top spot in the Pioneer League in 2025, but to be competitive in the tough bookends of the season.

The 2025 season kicks off Aug. 28 against Lindenwood at O’Shaughnessy Stadium.
