Healing your light and removing negative energy around you.

Reiki is using energy to heal another energy.

How I like to explain it. It’s like your body is a house. I’m a house cleaner. I go into your house and clean up the dust, dirt and open doors in your home that have been locked for a long time.

Personally for me, when you have a clean house you just feel so much better afterwards haha. The labor of cleaning, the house smelling clean, and fresh air flowing into your home just hits differently. 🤭

It took me some time to realized I don’t need permission to start this journey.

I was holding myself back. I was looking for signs to give me permission.

After a handful of conversations with trusted people in my life. I needed to trust myself that I can handle what the future has in store for me.

Trust yourself, have faith in yourself. The only permission you need from anyone, is yourself.

I’ve had people ask me, why did I decide to do reiki?

I’ll be honest, I didn’t have an epiphany or have a profound, thoughtful, deep answer.

Reiki peaked my interest and I wanted to learn how to protect myself.
