The Search for Neveah's Cure I’m Nevaeh , I am an 15 old African American female, that has a rare autoimmune disorder. Me and my family, moved here to Houston in August of 2013.

My mommy made this page to keep all my supporters up to date with my progress. Against Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, (MCTD) is an overlap of three diseases such as, Lupus(blood) Scleraderma (skin) Polymyositis (muscle). I also have other contributing diseases such as Raynaud's, Rhemuataoid Arthritis, Sjorn's Syndrome and other contributing factors that I haven't gotten yet like Lung Disease and

Lymphoma. The onset of those diseases won't come about unless my disease continues to progess and doesn't go into remission. The dr's in Florida had advised my mom in April that if they couldn't keep her disease from progressing that I only had five years left to live. So my mom uprooted all of us an came here to fight for my life. We have made progress since we have been here, my hair has grown back. I'm trying to gain some weight. The only thing that's going on that scares my mom, is that the disesase is hardening my intestines. So we have to consult with GI for that. Thank you for all the prayers and continued God Bless
