The day included interviews, classroom scenes, filming in a cafe, and outdoor shots across Gordon’s campus. With a tight schedule and multiple locations to move through, everything had to stay organized so that we could keep production moving smoothly.

That kind of flow comes from preparation and experience. Because when the plan is clear, each setup can happen quickly without making the shoot feel rushed. It also gives the team room to make the small decisions that help the story feel more polished.

Here are some BTS from candid moments at Landmark School. 🎬

The best candid moments happen when people forget the cameras are even there. It is surprisingly difficult to capture the right shot in the right place at the right time. It takes patience and practice, but it is worth it.

At Landmark, we captured students thinking through ideas, asking questions, working with their hands, and staying focused on the task in front of them. The best moments came from genuine interaction between teachers and students, where they forget about the camera and were focused on learning.

For us, those are the moments that make the story feel honest.

We transformed our studio into a basement straight out of the 90s for "Crimes Of", built to match the stories being told inside it. Hosted by Sabrina Deana-Roga and Corinne Vien, "Crimes Of" dives into crimes, cons, catastrophes, legendary hoaxes, spectacular scams, and the kinds of stories that somehow managed to fool governments, scientists, collectors, and sometimes the entire world.

Every detail of this set was built to feel like part of the story, and we’re excited to be hosting again in 2026 at the Lightmark Creative studio.

Some journeys don’t end at graduation. 🎞️

We stepped inside Harmonic Drive to capture the journey of a North Shore Community College alum. She was working as a nanny, and just six months later, she landed an amazing job at Harmonic Drive to start her new career.

What began in the classroom at North Shore Community College grew into a career built on purpose and precision. The kind of journey that proves the right opportunity can open doors far beyond where you started.

Some fun BTS moments from our recent shoot with the Salvation Army at the Kroc Center in Dorchester. 🎥

The Salvation Army is an amazing organization doing real work for the community, and that space truly reflects that mission. If you ever get the chance to visit the Kroc Center, it’s worth checking out. We got to work with a team that genuinely cares about the people they serve and how those stories are told.

“Some minds don’t fit the mold. So we didn’t build the mold...”

Going into this shoot for Landmark School, we approached it in a different way. Landmark is an incredibly unique and different school and that had to come through in how we filmed.

With literally hundreds of activities and classes happening across two campuses, the challenge was: what do we show in a two minute video that captures the heart of Landmark?
We worked with so many incredible students and teachers, helping to shape their stories and experiences in a unique and fun way.
