This is Not Good!

This is without a doubt the craziest plumbing I have ever seen in my life!

Also, the tenants arrangement with the landlord was pretty peculiar, seems like most of those situations don’t work out well for the tenant or the landlord! Let me know your thoughts on that on the comments.

LESSONS LEARNED & A TOTAL LANDSCAPING OVERHAUL! 🌿(AGAIN)

We listed this property looking absolutely brand new and pristine, and it went under contract almost immediately! 🏠 But right after that, my wife had a baby (huge blessing!) which meant I wasn't checking in on our properties as often as I typically do.

Well... the yard went absolutely BERSERKO. 🤯Not only did the weeds take over, but the brand new plants we just spent hundreds of dollars on completely died. $49 a pop, gone!

💸We are about to close on the sale of this home at the end of this week, and we face a choice.

Technically, we could just pull up the dead bushes, mulch it, and leave it. But the buyers bought this house seeing fresh, beautiful plants—soshould we replace these dead ones with fresh beatiful plants before they move in!? We think so! Let us know what you think!

When working together sometimes dad and I will take 30 minutes to do one simple task because I cannot stop laughing at his hysterical antics.

Jess was able to capture on camera us doing one of the simplest tasks known to man, that turned into 30 minutes of talking/laughing 😂😂

Back at the home with a "million steps" here in Roanoke with a massive update! 🏠 First off, a huge thank you to everyone who commented on our last video—over 100 of you said to rip the old windows out, so we are officially tackling an $8,000 full window replacement to make this place look incredible and run completely energy-efficient!

The old tub is out, but now we have some brand new construction dilemmas and we need your advice again. Drop a comment and tell us what you would do:

🚿 1. WINDOW IN THE SHOWER? Should we keep a window in the bathroom shower tile surround, or frame it out, match the gray vinyl exterior siding, and do a clean, solid tile wall?

🚗 2. THE ALLEYWAY! We just realized there is a gravel alley behind the property. Should we take down a section of the fence to build a private rear driveway, or keep parking at the bottom of the steep front steps?

💨 3. OUTDOOR CEILING FANS? Anyone know an affordable exterior-rated ceiling fan brand that holds up well? Or are most of you just using interior ones outside and hoping for the best?

We also finalized the flooring plan! The original hardwoods were too damaged to save, so we are running beautiful LVP through the main living spaces and putting fresh, clean carpet in the 3 bedrooms.
