LESSONS LEARNED & A TOTAL LANDSCAPING OVERHAUL! 🌿(AGAIN)
We listed this property looking absolutely brand new and pristine, and it went under contract almost immediately! 🏠 But right after that, my wife had a baby (huge blessing!) which meant I wasn't checking in on our properties as often as I typically do.
Well... the yard went absolutely BERSERKO. 🤯Not only did the weeds take over, but the brand new plants we just spent hundreds of dollars on completely died. $49 a pop, gone!
💸We are about to close on the sale of this home at the end of this week, and we face a choice.
Technically, we could just pull up the dead bushes, mulch it, and leave it. But the buyers bought this house seeing fresh, beautiful plants—soshould we replace these dead ones with fresh beatiful plants before they move in!? We think so! Let us know what you think!
