When Neriah Guerin entered Kansas, he admitted he didn’t have the highest opinion of the Sunflower State. Previous trips along I-70 had left him with the common impression that Kansas was flat, boring, and easy to forget.

That opinion quickly began to change.

As Neriah walked and juggled his way across Kansas, complete strangers offered him meals, places to stay, and encouragement along the way. The kindness and hospitality he experienced across Kansas left a lasting impression, and by the time he reached Lindsborg, Kansas had become one of his favorite parts of the journey.

We caught up with Neriah as he made his way toward Salina on his cross-country juggling journey from Los Angeles to New York.
