I’m sharing this a little early, but my One Little Word for 2026 has been sitting with me for a while now.

✨ Flourish. ✨

This page felt like the right place to document it, and I had so much fun leaning into the design details. The twisted ribbon side border is a technique I created, inspired by . It adds movement, texture, and just enough drama along the edge. Total swoon.

The floral clusters were inspired by . Her layering style always gets my creative wheels turning.

The word Flourish itself is stamped using a retired Close To My Heart stamp, and I pulled the splatter effects from that same set to add a little artsy messiness because growth is never perfectly clean.

And can we talk about the True Blue Florals Designer Series Paper? Soft, grounded, calm, and exactly the vibe this word carries for me. It felt made for documenting rooted growth, healing, and faith-filled progress.

Not rushing. Not forcing. Just growing where I’m planted. 💙

There’s just something about classic Christmas cards that never goes out of style. ❤️🎄

I pulled out some retired Christmas Tags & More Designer Series Paper and paired it with the Traditional Labels Bundle, currently in Last Chance, to create these timeless holiday cards.

I was completely caught off guard this afternoon when a local florist knocked on my door with the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. I wasn’t expecting anything, so when I realized they were from the 2025 and 2026 Artisan Design Team members, I just stood there for a moment taking it in. It has been about a week and a half since my stepdad passed away, and this sweet surprise felt like such a gentle reminder that God sees us right where we are and sends comfort in the most unexpected ways.

To both teams, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, your prayers, and your love mean more than you know. The Artisan community isn’t just a creative team to me. It feels like family. Even though we’re scattered all over the world, the support and genuine care we share is something rare and precious.

Once an Artisan, always an Artisan. Today reminded me of that truth in such a tender way.

I’m so grateful to create alongside each of you and to walk both the joyful and the heavy seasons together. Creating with Jesus, crafting with joy. 💗

✨ A Merry Little Christmas moment in the middle of a hard week ✨

I set up a little craft table in one of the extra rooms at my mom’s new home so I could be close to her while we navigate this season together. As many of you know, my stepdad passed away unexpectedly last week, right in the middle of their move… and creating has been a small comfort in the quiet moments.

While she rests, I’ve been working on this Christmas card using the North Pole Delivery Suite Collection. There’s something healing about fussy cutting, layering sweet little details, and watching a cheerful scene come to life. The cozy house, the bright delivery truck full of gifts, the happy-mail owl… it all felt like a soft reminder that joy still shows up, even in tender places.

✨ A Hard Day, A Heart-Filled Mail Day ✨

Today we buried my stepdad, and my heart has felt so heavy. But God knew I needed a little extra love, because my wonderful husband Jeff brought my mail over to my mom’s house… and it felt like a big comforting hug in a stack of envelopes and boxes.

My sweet team member Jennifer Skaggs (Stamp, Scrap, Create with Jen) made the most precious framed cross stitch for Passionate About Scrapbooking along with the cutest little sweater card. The detail, the thoughtfulness, the time she put into it… it means more than she’ll ever know.

And this beautiful Christmas card came from Carina, a fellow 2025 Artisan. Handmade kindness really does travel far and finds you right when you need it.

To top it all off, my Artisan 2026 product rewards order arrived too. Even on a day marked by loss, creativity still found its way in and reminded me of the joy and hope God weaves into the hardest moments.
