This week, we have a humdinger of a Guest. I’ve known Aaron since his early days in roofing, and have watched him grow into one of the leaders in the Commercial space. He’s one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met. He’s written a book to help bring new people in, gotten involved in multiple business ventures, including Roofing Supply, Website development and something about Peppers, or something like that. Oh, and we both used to be a lot different looking. It took me over 5 years to secure the guest, and it was worth the wait.

After five and a half years of searching, the quest is finally over. Bringing a special guest all the way from East Texas, this episode is one for the books. Prepare to be pumped!

Tonight, we welcome our buddy JoJo back to the show after a couple of years away. I always enjoy catching up with my pals, and this is that. From our time together as Partners to purchasing Rio Blanco from him, what it’s like to run multiple ventures and still make time for what’s really important, to a story of a potential course record from golf, this one covers it all. This guy definitely helped shape my life and made me a better version of myself along the way. I hope you all enjoy.

It was a humbling experience when Mike Coday personally reached out, a rare gesture indicating significant impact. This moment served as a pivotal reminder that the 'noise' being made is valid, and it's okay to amplify it.
