The Shocking Benefits of Papaya

I used to gag at the taste of papaya.
Now I crave it—it’s become a part of my healing routine after my accident.

It’s wild how healing changes your palate
and reveals the very properties your body was missing.

Papaya wasn’t just fruit—it was medicine for me and so many levels.

As I recovered from spinal injuries, joint pain, and inflammation,
my body started asking for what truly heals.

And guess what? Papaya showed up with answers. Every healing properties papaya has to offer target my pain points.

Isn’t it something how your cravings shift
when your body is finally aligned with its healing process?

It takes unexpected warfare.
It takes disappointment, delay, and disruption.
That’s when your peace gets tested.

Because peace isn’t proven when everything is grand.
It’s proven when all hell breaks loose…
and you stay postured.
Not performing.
Not pretending.
But positioned—in trust.

You don’t need a platform to prove your faith.
You just need pressure to reveal it.

He will keep thee in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on him. Isaiah 26:3

Praise is not passive. It’s not ignoring the storm. It’s standing at the gate with a torch, declaring: “God will show up.”

Sometimes, words fall short. In the presence of the Holy One, there are moments when a hushed heart says more than a loud hallelujah. Silence becomes worship. Awe becomes adoration. In stillness, we surrender. Not because we have nothing to say, but because He is everything—and that is enough.
