Very sad indeed how humanity, The United States Government, the State of Texas, the Bexar County sheriff's Office and the San Antonio Police deal with people that have mental diagnosis.
Because of GREED and the refusal to finance a decent program to deal with them, THEY INSTEAD CHOOSE TO DISCARD THEM.
People who suffer mental illness don't have the capacity during an episode to make the right choices. For some that happens every now and then for others, it's something they must live with every day if not on the right meds.
Leaving them to continue to suffer from their affliction until they slowly kill themselves or someone else.
How we treat our sick, elderly, mentally ill and poor shows the world how close to BARBARIANS we truly are.

Today is one of the darkest days in my life. I am inconsolable because I am on the verge of loosing one my best friend of over a decade.

He suffers from Schizoaffective Disorder and has been out of control for the past 3 months getting worse every month till finally, in the past days his threats forced me to put him out. I have done everything in my ability to help him the best I can and now I consider myself a failure.

I will always have love in my heart for him but as of today there is a HUGE, DARK, VOID there as well as he is gone. I can only hope he has gone to seek medical help to get him back to the once great person that he can be.

I will continue to pray for him every single day pf the rest of what ever short life I have, that he gets the help that he needs and gets back to living as close to a normal life as he can. My GOD forgive me for what I've been forced to do and for failing him as I did.

Now I will go into deep prayer for a while to try to cope with all that has Happened. Please Pray for Us All. GOD Speed.
