When your boss picks the lunch spot and gets it RIGHT 🙌🏾

Hoka Hoka Fuku yesterday and this place understood the assignment. Spicy edamame and pan-fried chicken gyoza to start, then the Curry Don, and two ramens — I had the Gyu Kara (spicy beef 🔥) and my boss had the Gyu Niku with braised beef ribs. And yes, I picked the ramen up with a fork at the end — mind your business 😂 That steam tells you everything 🍜♨️

“Hoka hoka” means steaming hot, “fuku” means good fortune — I lucked all the way up on this lunch 😌

Okay, so y’all know I love a good kitchen shortcut, but this one might have officially earned a permanent spot in my weeknight rotation! 😂🙌🏾

A couple of weeks ago, when EZ BOMBS dropped their Chicken Chipotle Bomb, I used mine to make chicken chipotle burrito bowls. I froze the leftover chicken because… we don’t waste food over here! 👏🏾

Fast forward to me becoming the mama who packs lunches every morning, and I needed something quick for the kids. So I pulled that chicken out, grabbed some tortillas and cheese, and turned it into quesadillas.

LISTEN. 😩🔥 The kids LOVED them!

That’s what I really like about these bombs — you can make one meal and completely switch it up for the next. Burrito bowls one day, quesadillas the next… and the possibilities don’t stop there.

I honestly thought Sianni Dean was going to be overhyped… but BABY, let me tell you!!! 😩 These cinnamon rolls are literally little bites of heaven and every bit as good as the reviews claim. 🫶🏽💜

Sianni girl, go ahead and bring that San Antonio location because I’m READY for that Wet Walnut to add a good 5–7 pounds to me! 😩🥴😂
