Good morning. The word of God says in HEBREWS CH 13 V 8; JESUS Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Praise God. WE and folks May switch up, but JESUS don't. You see, we change with the weather of how folks and whatever comes AT US, it's just our natural instincts. WE may not be like we use to be in our ways and actions, but when WE get tried instead of putting forth our best, we bring the Beast , and even though WE may straighten folks in words of the Beast, our deliverance is Truly defined in refraining from the devouring of the Beast. Praise God. Prayer Works. Father we Thank You for JESUS we Thank You for this day. Father we Thank You for saving and delivering us from the Beast us. Father at times when folks carry us we may use beast attitude, and words, but we Thank You for not using beast ways. Father we Pray for Order and Peace and we Love You in Jesus name Amen. Good morning. The word of God says in PROVERBS 10:17; He who keeps instruction is in the way of life, but he who refuses correction goes astray. Praise God. Following instructions when they are right is a Good thing. There are instructions pretty much in every phase of our lives, from work, responsibilities and having self control. Sometimes we as in me too get caught up in our ways and it's either our way or no way. God Brings His Word and Folks of Him to Correct and stir us in the right direction let us not be so stubborn where our own thinking and ways lead us astray and alienate us from others trying to help. Praise God. Prayer Works. Father we Thank You for Jesus we Thank You for this day. Father we Thank You for Your word and may You help us to be receptive and open to correction without having an attitude. WE desire so many Things IN life Good Health, Money, Our Children being successful, But Our first desire should be TO please the Lord. AS WE Please the Lord HE gives and touches every thing WE DO for HIM and all else will fall in Line and BE fulfilled. Praise God. Prayer Works. Good morning. The word of God says in Proverbs chapter 22 v6; Train UP a child in the way he should go,and when he is OLD he will not depart from IT. Praise God. A lot of our training when we were kids consisted of doing things We didn't want to do,like cleaning running errands ,being in the house before dark,going to bed when MOMS Said. As I think back on those times, That part of the training was Preparing ME,US how to run our own house . YOU SEE Momma was Boss and what she said was the Law. Watching her Pray and sit for hours reading the WORD OF GOD HAS taught and Showed me where to get Strength. Praise God. Prayer Works. Father we Thank You for Jesus we Thank You for this day. Father we Thank You for our Training AS Children of Parents and the Values that where instilled in US. Father we Pray to do better at our Training in You and May You Continue to use US as a vessel to help somebody. WE PRAY that May today's Parents do a better job at training THEIR Children and May Your Love Continue to Conquer all the Hate of this world. The word of God says IN James ch1 v12; Blessed IS the man who endures temptation; For when he has been approved,he will receive the crown of Life which the Lord has Promised to those who Love Him. Praise God. Everyday WE will be tempted,not so much by things ON the outside but our desires and thoughts on the inside. YOU SEE if a person is A diabetic and Everyday they pass by a Donut shop,knowing they can't have it but they are tempted to go in. AT times our desires ON the inside overtakes us, and we go all in. Outta sight IS Outta mind,Sometimes WE just gotta take another route to keep our Crown of Life as Promised. Praise God. Prayer Works. Father we Thank You for Jesus we Thank You for this day. Father we Thank You for this Crown of Life which you have given us and we Pray to do better at Wearing it in representation of You. Father we Pray for the Strength and Courage to do better at Standing our Ground in You and May WE NOT Let OUR desires to do US betray You. 40 Years in Prison on a fake charge!

I Hope that you have been doing well. As you may recall, I occasionally will focus on prison reform and cases that I believe should be reviewed by those courts that are involved.
I wanted to bring another case to your attention about a gentleman named Charles McNeair.
Mr. McNeair has been sentenced and continues to serve a life sentence in North Carolina. He has been incarcerated for over 41 years for allegedly ra**ng a white woman who was 57 at the time. He was charged and locked up when he was 16 years old.
He was accused of ra**ng a 57 year old white female who had invited him to her residence. As a 16 year old black male who was illiterate at the time, he was threatened by his public defender attorney who told him to take the plea deal that he had set up for him or else he would possibly face the death penalty if he didn't take the plea deal. The deal was for a life sentence with the possibility of parole. There was no evidence presented beyond her accusation and the plea deal that he believes he was coerced into signing.
While the victim was not harmed, her story differed from what Mr McNeair indicates. He claims that he met the woman at a local supermarket where he worked bagging groceries. The defendant claims that he went to the woman's home several times and that they had begun a romantic relationship. One the night of the incident which led to the case against him, he claims that he had gotten drunk and he had fallen asleep at her house where the woman was living with her parents. The woman's father found him at the house and he called the police indicating that he found him after he had r***d his daughter. That was all it took to get this man sent to prison for life in 1982.
Mr. McNeair said that the woman was afraid of her father and she would not admit to their romantic involvement. There was a large age difference and she was also concerned that she might get in trouble for having s*x with a minor.
I just recently learned about the case from Mr. Calvin Young, who is a cousin of Mr. McNeair. Unfortunately the woman as well as her father are now deceased as well as the original attorney.
Mr. McNeair has been turned down for parole earlier, however, he has another opportunity to go before the board later this year. I would like to help get some publicity for his case. As you may recall, we did an interview on the insight segment on 96.3 FM WHUR in Washington, DC back in June 2018. I was a phone in guest advocating for the case of Mr. Matthew Charles. He is currently working for Families against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM.ORG) as an advocate for the second chances act.
