You never really know where an opportunity might take you.

For Javi it started with an opportunity to learn, make things, and be part of the process.
Then came more projects. More time on set. More chances to create.

And eventually, a commercial behind the camera as DP. 🎥

So here on set, Javi looks back at some of the work he’s made with us and the experiences that helped get him here.

Watching someone grow into bigger creative opportunities is one of the best parts of what we do.

Sometimes, all someone needs is a hand, and the chance to see that their past doesn’t have to define where their life goes next.

Goodwill’s mission of creating opportunities and second chances gives people like Robert the support they need to take that next step.

For Robert, that support changed the course of his life. Today, he’s moving forward, living more fully, and building a life around the things that matter most to him.

His Mission Moment is a reminder of what can happen when someone is given the opportunity to begin again.

We’re grateful to Goodwill for the opportunity to share his story.

Imagine starting as an intern… and then finding yourself on a commercial set helping make the whole thing happen.

That was basically this crew.

Most of the team behind our Modern Air Systems commercial had previously interned with Encima Media, and seeing everyone work together to make this was honestly such a cool moment.

Camera. Lighting. Production. Problem-solving on the fly. The usual organized chaos that comes with building a commercial.

Except this time, a lot of the people making it happen were people we once watched walk onto set ready to learn.

Now look at them. 🎥

We are grateful for this commercial, and happy to see everyone growing and are amazed watching them take on projects of this size, catapulting themselves further into their career.

There’s a reason some places feel bigger than the location itself.

For this production, we captured La Panadería Downtown from every angle, the atmosphere, the movement, and the people behind the story.

Interviews, POV shots, detailed visuals, and a whole lot of intention went into bringing this one to life.

This is the kind of work we love doing in San Antonio. We are telling real stories with visuals that make you stop, feel something, and remember the brand long after the video ends.
