To younger me,
Itโs our birthday today, and weโre officially starting the last year of our 20s. Remember when we turned 20 and made a list of all the things we wanted to accomplish over the next 10 years? There were specific goals we had control over, like getting our MBA, buying a house, traveling internationally, and landing a remote job. Then there were others we had less control over, like marrying Jordan (had to put it out into the universe that we wanted to lock him down for life ๐) and maybe starting a family.
Looking back over the last 9 years, thereโs such a sense of pride. Weโve lived, loved, and grown in so many ways, and somehow life turned out even better than we imagined back then.
As we enter the last year of our 20s, I want you to know weโre stepping into it overwhelmed with joy and happiness. If the next 1 year, 10 years, or 50 years hold even a fraction of the love our life has held so far, weโre buckling in for one hell of a ride. โค๏ธ
