Welcome James Hughes to the Chamber Board!

The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome James Hughes, a passionate nurse, inclusive business leader, and longtime advocate for dignity in healthcare, to our Board of Directors!

James has dedicated 34 years as a Registered Nurse, beginning his journey in a small West Texas town and rising to serve as Chief Nursing Officer, Regional Nurse, and now proud owner and Administrator of Cardinal Hospice of South Texas and Hummingbird Hospice of San Antonio.

James leads with compassion and brings his heart for service, commitment to uplifting marginalized communities, and vision for inclusive business practices to the Chamber.
