How many times have you found yourself in a meeting going nowhere and thought, “This could’ve been an email.” 🙋🏽‍♀️

It happens because most meetings lack purpose. Before adding another one to your calendar, ask yourself:
1️⃣ Is this to make a decision or share an update?
2️⃣ Are the right people in the room to move it forward?
3️⃣ Will everyone leave knowing exactly what happens next?

If not, you're just meeting out of habit.

Make your next meeting count:
✅ Define next steps
✅ Assign owners
✅ Set deadlines

That’s how leaders protect time and keep their teams focused on what actually moves the business forward.

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be standing in front of a lecture hall at UTSA- Carlos Alvarez College of Business, sharing real-world lessons with students studying Organization Theory, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Since starting Archer Agency, I’ve had some amazing experiences. Yesterday’s session was a reminder of how far this path has taken me.

As a Board Member and Women’s Programming Chair at Lifetime Recovery, I couldn’t be prouder of this milestone. This year is the first time in our history, women resided at our inpatient campus. This space represents years of dedication, planning, and the belief that every person deserves access to quality recovery services. 💜✨

🧡 Volunteers needed! If you’re free this Saturday, come out and help us collect medical equipment donations at New Braunfels City Hall. I’ll be there volunteering and would love to see you!

♻️ If you’re in the area and have any wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or similar items and don’t have a need for them anymore, swing by and drop them off. Every donation makes a difference.

🧡Project MEND is near and dear to my heart, and I’m proud to serve on the Board. Let’s help more people get the mobility equipment they need!

8 Days Until our First Collection Drive of the Summer! ♻️

🌊Before you hit the river or pool on Saturday, June 28th, take a minute to float those unused wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches out of your house and into the hands of someone who needs them!

📍New Braunfels City Hall from 9 AM – 2 PM!
We’re collecting gently used wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, walkers, and more!
