I know you’ve heard “you can’t pour from an empty cup”, at this point that phrase has been hammered into small business owners. But without guidance on how to refill your cup it’s really NOT helpful.

Burnout doesn’t just slow your momentum, it quietly pulls you out of the spaces where your community is. When you’re overwhelmed, showing up online becomes inconsistent, disconnected or surface-level. And your audience can definitely feel it.

The solution isn’t more content. It’s better boundaries. Stop the endless scrolling, limit your time focused on business and allow yourself to enjoy the fact that you built a business.

Take a sip. Take a breath. Take a break.

Things to consider when looking into a social media manager...
✨If you're feeling overwhelmed with content creation to the point that its affecting work, it's time for social media manager.
✨If you have the ideas for content but don't have the time to make it, it's time for a social media manager.
✨If you avoid checking your socials because it feelings like a lot of work, it's time for a social media manager.

Keep in mind, all social media managers are NOT made the same. Find one that works for you and your brand, make sure you vibe well and they understand your passion.
