I used to check the price of everything whenever I would take my wife out to eat.

I mean obviously I would let my wife order anything she wants.

But me?

I’d scan the menu looking for the cheapest thing that still sounded good.

That’s because I thought working a 9-5 job is the only way to make money.

But I found real estate investing and it completely changed how I think about money.

With a 9-5 job, you only get paid when you work.

But a rental property pays you every month, and the concept’s pretty simple.

You buy a house.

You put a tenant in.

Then you collect the rent.

I started with one property and bought more when I can.

Now my properties pay me thousands of dollars every month without having to actively
work for it.

Now when my wife and I go out to eat, I don’t look at the prices anymore.

But it doesnt stop there.
Groceries, gas, and other daily expenses that used to stress me out doesnt bother me
anymore.

That’s what happens when you build assets that pay you instead of just working for a
paycheck.

If you’re exactly where I was years ago, I get it.
I was there too.

But the solution isn't just to put in more hours.

It’s owning something that pays you while you sleep.
