You definitely forget how much hungrier you are while breastfeeding than when pregnant. 😅
I could spend all day eating if I let myself, and that’s when most people end up gaining weight. at least for me that’s when I’d add the pounds on, especially since I can’t workout yet.
This time around I’m trying to be more mindful of what I’m eating and fueling my body with (mostly😉) nutrition dense meals and snacks.
Also drinking lots of water and hydration.
Tomorrow we start walking again and working on my pelvic floor.
