Day 11 of my 30 Miles, 30 Days Walkathon! 💙🚶‍♀️ One mile, one day, one step at a time.

As an 11-year ruptured brain aneurysm survivor and founder of Go Eleana Go, I’m walking to spread awareness about brain health, resilience, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. 🌸

You don’t have to go through life alone. Ask. Listen. Talk. Reach out. Sometimes, one conversation can make someone feel less alone. 💙

I’m so grateful for every person who supports, shares, encourages, or donates to my first-ever fundraiser. Every little bit helps!

Walk with me, share my story, or support my fundraiser. Together, we can spread brain health awareness! 💙

💙 Day 10 of my 30 Miles, 30 Days Walkathon! 🧠🚶‍♀️
One day. One mile. One step at a time.

I’m Eleana, a ruptured brain aneurysm survivor, walking to spread awareness about brain health and remind others that life is worth fighting for.

Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, if you’re struggling, please don’t face it alone. Reach out to someone you trust, ask for help, and remember that your life matters. 🌸🙏 Even when life feels incredibly hard, brighter days can still come.

Be strong. Be brave. Be resilient. Keep going—one day, one step at a time. 💙

God bless you, and God bless this beautiful gift called life. 🙏✨

Some people don’t look like they’re struggling.

They still reply with “I’m okay.”
They still show up.
They still smile in photos.
They still carry the weight quietly because they don’t want to be a burden.

But this is your reminder:

Check on the friend who always seems “fine.”
Give yourself more grace when life feels heavy.
Reach out before you convince yourself you have to handle everything alone.

September 10 is World Su***de Prevention Day — and maybe the most powerful thing we can do today is remind someone that they matter, they are loved, and they don’t have to carry it all alone. 🌻

At Go Eleana Go, we believe mindful living is powerful living — and part of that is choosing connection, compassion, and care even in the quiet moments.

If this post made you think of someone, send it to them.
If it made you think of yourself, please take this as your sign to reach out.

You were never meant to carry it all alone. 💛

Follow for gentle reminders, survivor stories, and more reasons to embrace the beauty of life.

As a ruptured brain aneurysm survivor, every mile reminds me: healing is a journey, and every step forward matters. 🫶

Some of the jobs that rebuilt my life are the ones people might overlook. 💛

A job can give you more than a paycheck. It can give you confidence. Your voice back. Independence. Connection. A reason to believe you can begin again.

After my aneurysm, every job became part of learning how to live differently, and I’m proud of every one of them!

Because every job you take builds something in you.

What job helped you rebuild a part of yourself? Tell me your story below, or follow Go Eleana Go for more stories about survival, purpose, and starting again.

🚶‍♀️🧠 Day 6 and today I brought a tiny walking buddy again! 👶💛

30 Miles. 30 Days. One mission: spread brain health awareness, one step at a time!

🧠✨ 2 Quick Brain Facts:
1️⃣ Your brain uses about 20% of your body’s energy, even while you’re resting! ⚡🧠

2️⃣ Regular physical activity supports brain health and can benefit memory, thinking, and mood. So yes… that little mile counts! 🚶‍♀️💪

As a ruptured brain aneurysm survivor, I’m grateful for every step and every opportunity to share my story.

💛 Your brain deserves care, too!
