A Message From the Family of Coach Ines ❤️
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news that our beloved mom, Ines Estrada — Coach Ines — has passed away after her courageous battle with brain cancer.
Many of you knew her as Coach Ines, but to us, she was so much more. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother to four children, a proud grandmother to five grandchildren, and a woman who dedicated her life to helping others.
As a retired nurse, teacher, and life coach, helping people was simply who she was. She spent her life giving, encouraging, teaching, listening, and reminding others that they were capable of becoming healthier, stronger, and happier. Through this page, she hoped to inspire women to take care of themselves and live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.
She touched countless lives, and we know that many of you considered her not just a coach, but a friend and someone who genuinely cared about you.
While our family takes time to grieve this tremendous loss, we also want to thank each and every one of you who supported, encouraged, and believed in her. Your messages, prayers, love, and kindness meant more to her and to our family than we can put into words.
If Coach Ines ever inspired you, encouraged you, made you laugh, helped you through a difficult time, or simply made a difference in your life, we ask that you keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
