Baked Pears with Feta, Honey, and Cranberries ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‡

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored ๐Ÿ
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese ๐Ÿง€
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped ๐Ÿ‡
- 2 tablespoons honey ๐Ÿฏ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves ๐ŸŒฟ
- Salt and pepper, to taste ๐Ÿง‚
- Optional: Chopped walnuts for garnish ๐ŸŒฐ

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) ๐Ÿ”ฅ.
2. Halve the pears and scoop out the cores to create a small well in each half ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ„.
3. Place the pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and fill each center with crumbled feta and chopped cranberries ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‡.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pears soften and the feta starts to melt ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ.
5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper ๐Ÿฏ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿง‚.
6. Optionally, top with chopped walnuts for added crunch ๐ŸŒฐ.

Serve warm as an appetizer or light dessert!

NO SUGAR! NO FLOUR! HEALTHY COOKIES ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ˜‹
Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lilyโ€™s brand is my fave)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 350ยฐF (177ยฐC).
Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and apple sauce. Stir them together until they are well mixed.
Add Flavorings: To the banana and apple sauce mixture, add the vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix these in thoroughly to distribute the flavors evenly.
Incorporate the Oats: Add the oats to the bowl. Stir them into the mixture until they are fully incorporated.
Mix in Milk and Add-Ins: Pour the almond milk into the mixture to help moisten the oats. Then, add your choice of raisins, nuts, and dark chocolate chunks. Stir the mixture well to ensure that the add-ins are evenly distributed throughout.
Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the cookies from sticking.
Form the Cookies: Spoon out portions of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can use a spoon or a cookie scoop to make uniform cookies. Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of the spoon or your hand, as they will not spread much during baking.
Bake the Cookies: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, or until they are firm and lightly golden.

Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Ultimate Cheesy Bacon Dorito-Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
10.5 oz Campbell's condensed cream of bacon soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup real bacon bits
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup crushed Doritos
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth.
Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. Set aside.
Horizontally slice the chicken breasts to open them up. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the chicken.
Fold the top halves of the chicken over the cream cheese mixture and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, beat the egg well. Brush the beaten egg over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the chicken, pressing them down to adhere to the egg wash.
Bake for 33 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
