Sharing one of the sweetest moments with the love of my life... ⠀
⠀
I've loved this beautiful man since I was 14 years old and if you haven't been following along in my stories, I'm here to fill you in on the latest. ⠀
⠀
Following 6 weeks of excruciating back pain, on Tuesday morning Kevin collapsed and was in more pain than I've seen in his 4 years of fighting combined. ⠀
⠀
After getting transported by ambulance we spent the past 5 days in the hospital, and things continued to spiral downward with nothing but bad news. Revealing that unfortunately Kevin's cancer has spread to his spine, hips, sacrum, and most importantly, is taking over in his lungs to where we could have only days, or weeks (we are begging for months) with him. ⠀
⠀
If you've been here a while you know Kev. You know he's the biggest fighter there is and and one of the most loved people I've ever known. He wants me to remind you that although things are the way they are, he's not done yet, and it's his wish to go down fighting. So we are going to look into a couple ways to make that happen. ⠀
⠀
Trust me behind the smiles you may see there are many tears and so much heartbreak, but there is still so much to hold onto, and while he's with us we are trying out best to focus on that. Finding JOY in the moments we have with him here, and still believing in our miracle. ⠀
