This was a big surprise, to me! Studying from book and vegan fillings, this came out delicious! My head can’t get over it! All vegan and gluten free.

Capresa time!
This is an easy cake and, it’s gluten free! It needs over cream or whipped cream because is super chocolaty.
You will need same amount of the following ingredients.
Bittersweet or bitter chocolate (melted), sugar, almond flour, eggs.
Whip the beejesus out of your eggs and sugar.. add your melted chocolate and fold in your almond flour. Bake until it’s dull on the outside. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
