Have you ever been on a date and you end up not saying a single word?

You want to say something, but you keep getting interrupted about how the person you're facing is so awesome and has so many great things to say...

Yet, this person that you were perhaps wanting to know more about ends up being someone you NEVER want to see ever again!

The same can be said about your marketing.

You see, if your content is all about you, how can you possibly help the person reading the content?

There's close to no room for interaction, meaning you're taking the lead, but your customer can never have his say in the discussion.

Now, your content can start helping your customers, so I want to challenge you today, so you can better serve them.

Here are three strategies you can use today to make sure your customers or potential customers start engaging with your content on a daily basis.

1. State a problem your customers may be facing and provide them with a solution.

Example: Who Here Would Like to Get 50 More Leads Every Day?

This strategy helps them engage with the conversation, meaning you can deliver the solution by getting their phone number, name, and email, by delivering something that is of value to the customer.

You'll have an easier time opening up conversations with customers that are browsing for your solutions.

2. Ask them a question where you can get more information from your audience?

Example: Who here has ever declined to work with a specific client? If so, explain why...

This helps your audience do most of the talking and then you can chime in with your opinion. This really makes your conversations open for more dialogue. Remember, your content cannot be a monologue whatsoever.

3. Ask a Comical Question, Such As...

Post The Last Photo You Took With Your Phone

This is more of a pattern interrupt with your content and goes far beyond just posting business-related content.

A lot more people may engage in this post because people that don't normally comment on posts might want to share the information.
