Today, Leilani Fratis from the Placer SPCA talked about Rocco, a 2 year old male Husky mix, with a lot of personality and great ear fluffs, who is looking for his new forever home.

Was also nice to grab a chat with the legend after the show along with my friend Jim Villanueva (on Right). George is a VERY cool dude!

This is your Eagle afternoon rocker Ken Anthony.....hurting from today's news about the passing of Ozzy Osbourne. I posted this on my personal page after The Back to the Beginning concert just over two weeks ago....it hurts even more to read it now:

"Wow...just wow...today's Back to the Beginning concert in Birmingham UK was one for the ages. Whether you are in the music/radio biz like I've been lucky to be, or just a major music fan...today's epic concert was one for the ages. Why? Because it celebrated the greatness and influence of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath. In my opinion, there are certain bands or artists that start a movement musically of epic proportions. The Beatles started the British Invasion in the 60s of bands like The Stones, Kinks and so many more. Nirvana in the early 90s started the Grunge movement along with Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and more. And then there was Ozzy and Black Sabbath who released their first two albums...Black Sabbath and Paranoid both in 1970 within 7 months of each other...and the rest is history. Some may argue other bands may have started the Heavy Metal/Hard Rock movement, but ...in my opinion...it was and has always been Black Sabbath. Look at the Heavy Metal/Hard Rock bands that were in Birmingham today to pay tribute to Ozzy and Sabbath. And watching most of the Livestream today...you know who still killed it today?...Ozzy and Black Sabbath. If you saw the stream...you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, check out the tons of YouTube videos from today and you'll see what I saw. The greatest heavy metal singer (Ozzy) and Band (Black Sabbath) etched their place in history as the Gods of all time in this genre! Cheers to an epic and legendary career!"
