Personal
Michael V. Kayman Kanarvogel moved with his family at age ten from Long Island to San Diego, and feels at home in the culture of both coasts. Michael finds inspiration and passion in entertainment production, beginning with theater studies at age twelve, including two years of touring with Michael Lancy's Center Stage Touring Acting Company, learning fundamentals of creativity, work, discipline, organization, perseverance, and timing. As an undergraduate, Michael studied Behavioral Psychology for 3 years, including a year's work with patients in a mental health facility. At the same time, Michael produced short-format film festivals, showcasing independent film shorts from San Diego State University and the University of California San Diego for the general public in a downtown venue.
